CruisePak Inventory Management And Features

With CruisePak, the user defines Inventory allocations in Inventory Manager and then uses the tools within the CruisePak application to look up and sell from that pre-defined inventory.

Inventory in CruisePak can be tracked for the following Travel Product Types:

Air Rail Attractions
Bed And Breakfasts Cabins (Cruises) Rental Cars
Concert Tickets Dining Reservations Diving Packages
Excursions Golf Packages Ground Transportation
Hotel Packages Insurance Policies Motor Sports Tickets
Movie Tickets Nascar Tickets Ski Packages
Sporting Events Theatre Tickets Timeshares
Tours Gratuities Miscellaneous Items
Service Charges Hidden Vendor Charges

Note again that this is your inventory, as defined by you. This is not any one particular vendors live inventory. Having said that, when you get some pre-allocated space assigned to you, you will enter the definitions into the Inventory Manager. Then, if you have agents, they can all see the inventory units that have been sold, in real time, using the tools in CruisePak.

Inventory And Your Website

Using the CruisePak Connector Application Programming Interface, you can show your inventory availability on your website, in real time. For example, if you are administrating a large group, people can actually pick their cabin on line as so desired. Or they can selet who they are sitting next to at dinner. Of course you'll need the services of a web designer to implement this, but the possibilities are limitless when it comes to exposing your inventory to the masses.
